"Hastiness doesn't work well for me, though hurrying seems to be my natural state. For instance, today after 45 minutes of quiet meditation I signed someone else's name on an email -- mostly because I was trying to pack and write at the same time. I guess this world and "that" world just don't mix. And it's exhausting straddling the two!"
