Lying in bed this morning -- pulling myself from a dream -- I decided to get up and move into the new day. Totally aware of the potential of getting caught up in still another dream called `here and now', I made coffee, held quiet time for myself, and got grounded in the truth. Dreaming, being unconscious, or waking up are all choices we make.
